Fiery Pork Skewers

These were yummy. It has been a while since I made kabobs, but they were a hit. The marinade is a little spicy, but we like it that way (so those with tender taste buds you might want to decrease the amount of red pepper flakes).

2 T. teriyaki sauce
1 T. red wine vinegar
1 T. vegetable oil
1 tsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
3/4 pound pork tenderloin, cut into small cubes

In a medium bowl mix first 5 ingredients. Place pork tenderloin cubes in mixture and marinate for a few hours. I marinated these for about 3 hours. Preheat grill on high heat and cook away. You can continue to brush with sauce if you want while cooking. I actually used our indoor grill pan and just cranked the heat up high. Cook about 10-12 minutes or to desired doneness.

*The recipe doesn't call for any vegetables, but I added green peppers, onions, and pineapples. They were delicious and I highly recommend adding them.
